Mitzie Norman was the winner of the Entrée Selection.
Her "Chicken and Dumplings" were a crowd favorite!
Chef Juan demonstrated how to carve fruit.
The residents enjoyed the carving experience.
They were impressed with how fast he could carve
and the objects that were created. He hinted about the what
he would create for the upcoming holiday season.
